I bought my first home in 1993 when I was 23 in the city of Parma and it truly was one of the best decisions I have ever made! I think so many people don’t realize how much home ownership truly can be a lucrative investment! I sold that home and moved to Middleburg Heights in 2000 to a fabulous development called Indian Creek Estates. I have two wonderful children…Johnny born in 2001 and Avery born in 2003 that are the center of my universe! I have been in sales since 1985, in Real Estate since 1999, and with The JMG OHIO Tim Ali Team since it began! I am a 1988 graduate of North Royalton High School & attended Bowling Green State University. I am completely a “people person” and truly love helping my clients find a house.!

Tim Ali and his team have done it again! If there were more than 5 stars I would have clicked that option. Honest and professional are the first 2 things that come to mind when I think of my experience working with Tim and his team. Selling a home is a stressful time, from the minute you list it, thru the open houses, and it continues after the contract is signed up all the way thru the closing and transfer. Tim provided an accurate road map of what to expect and kept in constant communication throughout the process. I will absolutely be recommending TIm Ali and his team to all my friends and family and would encourage everyone looking to sell or buy a home to call them! I used Tim Ali Realty to sell my home and purchase another home 6 yrs ago. It was painless! Patti Ross was our agent, who was so helpful, patient and knowledgeable. My son went though Jim Ross to buy a home 4 yrs ago and he was awesome too! Now, my son just sold that house for over asking in less than 14 hours of listing it! Jim gave my son great advice that he followed. It's an older home, so we were concerned, but again, a great experience!! Thank you Tim and Jim!!

Eric Tepfenhart was our listing agent of our house and also our realtor for us buying our new house. I cannot recommend him enough! He was trustworthy, responsible, prompt with responses and everything in between. Everyone wants a realtor who they can trust has their best interest at heart and Eric does just that! Our entire process of selling our home and buying a new one was stress free and easy going. He was nothing but professional and a go getter from day one. Any showing we wanted he had us in to see the same day or within hours. He wrote up offers fast in order to ensure we had the best possible chance at our dream home. He was able to get multiple offers over asking price on our home within 12 hours of it being on the market and was quick to respond to all showing requests. Tim Ali and Patty Ross were amazing. We haven't sold a home in 20+ years and we were terribly lost through the process.
